Hello Fearless readers!

As it turns out, April 28 is National Superhero Day!

Here’s a link to a short article about it, although the history itself isn’t that complicated.

Whether or not you are a fan of masked heroes wearing capes, something I appreciated about this day is that it’s not just about fictional heroes. It’s about real ones too.

The article specifically mentions military personnel, police, firefighters, and teachers, but more broadly, it mentions the people in our lives who stand out as role models.

Toward the middle of the page, there were some fun tips for how to observe National Superhero Day. Whether or not you get to do any of these, (and whether or not you read this on National Superhero Day), I hope you get a chance to take a minute and think about some of the heroes in your life, and maybe about someone you know who spends time looking up to you?

On a different note, I’ll also mention that I started looking into AI tools to create some artwork for Becoming Glitch. Here is one shot at his logo as described in chapter 6 of book 1.

Feel free to check out the animated logo I made and posted on my Facebook Author page, along with some of the authors I know who posted links to their superhero works. As of National Superhero Day 2025, I'll also mention that Becoming Glitch is on sale in ebook format, so feel free to check it out.

With all of that said, I have been working away at book 3. There are a lot of threads that I’m trying to tie up here and the progress is slower than I’d like it to be, but we’re moving forward.

As always I remain curious about feedback on books 1 and 2, and I can be reached on my Facebook author page, the Contact tab on my website, or through my author email: danielsayreauthor@gmail.com.
